Karina offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging

To start a return, please can contact Karina at info@karinanixon.co.uk. We will then provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
